We want to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Dispatch

All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide and should arrive within 3-10 days depending on your location.

UK Orders

UK orders should arrive within 2-3 days.

US Orders

US orders are shipped free of charge and should arrive within 3-10 working days.

EU Orders

European orders are shipped free of charge and should arrive within 3-10 working days.

Everywhere Else

Worldwide orders should arrive within 10 days and cost a flat rate of £5.25 per order.

Busy Periods & Public Holidays

Please note that during busy periods, weekends, and public holidays, orders may take a day or two longer to ship and arrive.

Royal Mail Strikes

We rely heavily on Royal Mail to ship most of our UK orders. Unfortunately, they are currently undertaking a large number of strikes which is causing delays in delivery times. We are doing our best to ensure that orders are still shipped on time, but please be aware that there may be delays. If your order is urgent we recommend upgrading to express shipping which will be sent via courier.

We will do our best to keep on top of any strike action and will let you know as soon as possible if there are likely to be any delays with your order.
