***Christmas 2022 Postal Delays***
The large volumes of Christmas post combined with Royal Mail strikes have caused a backlog in the postal system.
We are currently dispatching everything via 1st class post and using alternative methods for international orders but some items are taking around a week longer to arrive than expected.
If your order is urgent or time-sensitive we have added express delivery options at checkout and recommend DPD to avoid any delays.
We are also able to personalise and send direct to your recipient to minimise the impact of postal delays. Simply send us a message or add a note to the personalisation section of the listing when you checkout.
Royal Mail currently plan further strikes on 9, 11, 14, 15, 23, 24 December. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid delays and may have no choice but to close early or remove Royal Mail as an option depending on the level of disruption.
