Yes. Our cards are folded, white and blank inside so you can write your own message, and each one comes with an envelope.

Cards can't be personalised through the website at the moment. If you'd like a message printed inside, get in touch before you order and we'll let you know if we can help. Our personalised star maps are made to your chosen date, location and colours.

Our cards come in square and portrait formats, and the size is shown on each product page. Many designs are available as a single card or in packs of 5 or 10.

Yes. Add any single cards to your basket, in any mix of designs. 5 or more single cards are £4 each (5 for £20), and 10 or more are £3 each (10 for £30). The price drops automatically in your basket. Packs, prints and t-shirts don't count towards the total. Mix & match can't be combined with a discount code, so you'll get whichever saves you more. Packs of 5 or 10 contain cards of one design.

No. Any lights, glows or sparkles are part of the printed artwork. The cards don't contain lights or batteries.

Every design is created digitally by Louise, the artist behind The Purple Cauldron, and printed to order as a high-quality greeting card.

Orders are made to order and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK delivery is free, including the Highlands and Islands. Product pages, your basket and checkout show arrival estimates where the selected service has a known delivery window. UK-printed cards usually travel by Royal Mail 48; square and A5 packs of 10 and wall art usually travel by tracked Evri 48. A5 single cards ship from Guernsey by post. Allow 3–5 working days after dispatch for these cards, clothing and prints. Estimates include printing time and are not guaranteed, especially at busy times such as Christmas.

Shipping & returns policy

Eligible card-only baskets of £50 or more after mix-and-match pricing and discount codes receive a free Express delivery upgrade. Below £50, eligible baskets can pay the upgrade difference shown in the basket. Standard UK delivery remains free. Express uses faster tracked shipping after printing; it is not a promise of next-day arrival from ordering. Both options show arrival estimates including printing, weekends and bank holidays. Guernsey A5 postal cards, wall art and unsupported items are excluded.

Delivery options and eligibility

Our website checkout accepts UK delivery addresses only. International customers can order through our Etsy shop, which delivers to the US, Australia and much of Europe.

When tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch email. Some Royal Mail services only update once the item has been delivered. If your order seems delayed, email us and we'll check it for you.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone to print yet we can usually change or cancel it, but once it is in production we can't guarantee changes. Please also contact us straight away if your delivery address is wrong.

Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Start with our return request form and we'll email the return details to the address on your order. Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. For Etsy orders, please contact us through Etsy instead.

Report a problem

Yes. For Christmas cards, mix any 10 or more single cards at £3 each, or choose packs of 10 of one design. For larger orders, email us with the designs and quantities you need and we'll see what we can do.
