I love the cards I’ve bought from this seller before and this time was no different. However, it took 9 days for it to arrive which meant I missed the critical date it was intended for. I recognise I clearly didn’t notice the longer lead times from this seller at the moment. However, maybe they could’ve been made a bit more explicit on their page to avoid later disappointment.

I really love this shop and i am not gonna give the 4 stars that i would otherwise give. everything was great but for the glossy interior that you write on. Nothing short of a sharpie permanent marker would do. I would really have liked a paper like interior. The art is as always top notch.

The card was beautiful but did not contain the message "Merry Christmas" as in the description. The flaps on the pretty envelopes were dried right out and each had to be taped to stay closed. Shipping and tracking was awful. Took much longer than I expected and I couldn't track it after it got in to the US. After paying more than $100 for these cards I had no idea if or when they might arrive. Sent under the guise of Etsy this was very surprising as expediency and follow-up is their byline. Although the cards were probably worth the money the delivery process was not. Barbara Ashe

The quality of the card is lower than expected. The image is lower quality than the listing images & it comes on white card stock white a white envelope that does not match the esthetic of the item. Not a horrible card but for a premium price I expected more!

I can’t comment on the actual card as I have not received them but I ordered Oct 31st, shipping was expected Nov 27th. Today is Dec. 17 th and still not arrived. All seller can tell me is that it is shipping via Fed Ex and is untrackable.

I really love this shop and i am not gonna give the 4 stars that i would otherwise give. everything was great but for the glossy interior that you write on. Nothing short of a sharpie permanent marker would do. I would really have liked a paper like interior. The art is as always top notch.

The cards were beautiful but did not contain the described "Merry Christmas". The glue on every single envelope was dried out and had to be taped. The tracking for shipping was not helpful at all, after it arrived in the US it showed it moved from place to place but did not indicate what those places were. I, thus, did not know when I would receive them. After receiving them, writing messages in each, attaching stamps and mailing them they were all returned from the post office needing extra postage because the cards were square. It seems the customer should be made aware that this would occur with these cards. For all of these reasons I would unfortunately not ever use this vendor again.

Purchased 2 packs of 10 cards. The design and production of these being beautiful. However I was surprised that the 20 cards were sent 'loose' in an envelope. No waterproof covering to protect or secure the cards. I've not experienced this before and especially when ordering 20 cards with the liklihood of needing to store the cards for use over time, some protective packaging is essential. This is something that could be easily rectified and make a huge difference.

Card was great! However, it took so long to receive it, I wasn’t able to use it. It also came very bent. Would have been nice to have a cardboard piece to avoid bending during shipping.

Very pretty cards. I purchased a set for holiday cards to faraway loved ones. Good quality and so magical looking. Delivery was quick and easy. There was a printing issue with one card (I think she needed to use a different printer from usual and they made an error on one card) and when I reached out about it, she was very gracious and refunded for the card right away. I would purchase from her again.

So pretty! The cards are even lovelier in person. These will be the perfect Christmas card for my book-lover friends. They cards arrived in heavy duty packaging and were therefore in perfect condition. The shop owner is so pleasant and responds quickly to questions. I will order from this shop again.

Fully aware of the postal strikes, I ordered a card December 3rd. A week later it still hadn't arrived, nearly two weeks later it hadn't arrived. I had ordered it in plenty of time despite the strikes. The one good thing from my experience was dealing with the seller. They would reply to my messages, and when I asked for a refund, after it still hadn't arrived, they complied

It is an interesting shape and dimensions. Not many Christmas cards are perfectly square however the artwork is fabulous. The calligraphy is pleasing to the eye and leaves enough space to write a short personal note.
